Detailed information about the project could be provided during the interview.
The Talent Intelligence Hub serves as a centralized framework that seamlessly integrates individual attributes, strengths, styles, and expressive preferences with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This integration empowers organizations to understand and manage their workforce holistically, fostering both individual and collective growth.
As a designer involved in the Growth Portfolio Admin project, I had the privilege of contributing to a groundbreaking platform within the Talent Intelligence Hub at SAP SuccessFactors.
At the heart of this framework lies the Attributes Library, a robust repository that enables organizations to define and maintain critical people attributes essential for success. I focused on enhancing the usability and accessibility of this library, ensuring that it supports organizations in developing their talent effectively.
Through this project, I was focused on re-designing the Admin User experience to create a user-centered design that enhances interaction with the system and integrates the new SAP Fiori design system. This work reflects my commitment to designing solutions that are not only functional but also empower users to achieve their professional goals.
Main goal of the project was to enhance the management and maintenance of attributes types (capabilities, skills, competencies, certificates, education, etc), attributes, tags and behaviors, make Admin tools more intuitive, responsive, and adaptable to the changing needs of businesses, thereby improving accessibility, usability and efficiency for administrators managing workforce attributes and capabilities.
Main pain points Customers and Admins previously struggled with seamlessly integrating both internal and third-party systems within the admin tool. This was cumbersome and often required extensive manual intervention. Admins found it difficult to manage, search, and update attribute types and tags effectively. This limited the dynamic customization needed for a diverse workforce.
The new design allowed for easy addition and editing of both internal and external connectors, significantly simplifying the integration process.
New robust table views and tools allowed Admins can to search, filter, add, edit, or remove attribute types, attributes and manage tags and behaviors more efficiently, enhancing customization and usability.
The new design of the Growth Portfolio Admin experience also prioritizes improved accessibility, ensuring that the admin tools are user-friendly, inclusive and accessible for a diverse range of Admin users. Key accessibility enhancements include full keyboard navigation support, screen readers support, hidden labels and tooltips.
Due to the NDA only a few specific screens can be show to the public.
